Help - How to use eWorkshop tool effeciently
Workshop moderator
-- an educator can ask the bloodindex expert panel to become moderator for their own onlne workshops
-- Anyone who has interested to join a workshop may request their moderator or the moderator has to invite their wards.

- Creating a workshop
- Name the workshop
- Define the scheduled time and date for the participants to join
- pepare and submit presentations
- Now the moderator has created a room and this room has a recruitment control panel and by this panel,
- Invite users to join your workshop
- Allow and disallow registered users
- send mail to the users
- Enter the room and conduct the workshop
- the allowed users shall enter the room to listen and interact the workshop session
- workshop moderator can create and use whiteboards during the session
- Online interaction like chat also available
- Finishes the workshop
- when you come out of the room the workshop session will be automaticaly logged out
- the workshop you created will be deactivated(deactivate means - hidden from the user view)
- You can activate the room, if you want conduct again at future.
- you can also instruct the system to publish your material to the site after the completion of the workshop
-- Workshop participants activities
- All the workshops created by the moderators will visible to all the users.
- Now the individual users can join the workshops in two ways
- Register himself and waiting for the confirmation from the moderator
- Activate yourself with the use of activation code which has been sent by any of one known moderator.
- Can enter into the workshop room whenever the moderator is online(the workshop scheduled time had shown with the room details)
- Now inside the room the users can read the material and with the moderator they can interactively participates the workshop.
- Now users can view the whiteboards, and chat with the workshop master
